Anyone working in sports coaching can become a member of the Finnish Coaches Association, whether they are a beginner or an experienced coach. Organizations that support their coaches and promote their competence can also become members.

The Finnish Coaches Association actively trains Finnish coaches and coaches active in Finland. Every year, the association organizes around 60-70 training events and around 1,500 coaches of different sports participate in these development opportunities. Some development opportunities are also offered in English.
